Our Story
Our mission to tackle digital inequality started in 2020.
Code Division was founded by Frank Duffy, a former Java programmer - who had previously worked in schools, colleges and universities teaching software development.
Frank set up Code Division to offer programmes for disadvantaged groups - to learn skills like Data, Marketing and Programming.
Grace, who previously worked alongside Frank in the colleges, came on board in 2021 and is our Programme Administrator.
Programme Design
We take time to design courses that reflect real industry needs, ensuring every programme is practical, relevant, and built for today’s job market.
Our tutors are working industry professionals who bring up-to-date knowledge and real-world experience directly into the virtual classroom.
Courses are created by qualified educators who expertly combine technical training with human skills to fully support learners into digital careers.
