Pilot programme: Empowering women in Tech
The Data Gals / Code Division Pilot Programme is a six-month initiative designed to support women—particularly neurodiverse women—into rewarding careers in data. This fully funded programme combines structured mentorship, practical skills training, and employability support to provide a clear and inclusive route into the tech industry.

Be paired with a dedicated mentor who will guide you through your journey with regular one-to-one check-ins focused on both personal and professional growth.
Skills Training and Development
Take part in additional workshops and self-paced online learning designed to strengthen your technical knowledge and build confidence in applying it.
Networking and Employability Support
Join virtual networking sessions with industry professionals and attend employability workshops offering tailored CV guidance, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
About The Data Gals
The Data Gals is a values-led recruitment and community organisation specialising in Data and AI. We place underrepresented talent into tech roles and work closely with employers to ensure they succeed and thrive.
We are recognised across the UK for building inclusive pathways into tech through mentorship, community, and leadership development. In the past year, we have successfully delivered two regionally funded mentorship programmes in South Wales and Scotland, supporting over 80 women into data-focused opportunities.
