Our Story
We’ve been on a mission to tackle digital inequality since 2020.
Code Division was founded by Frank Duffy, a former Java programmer - who had previously worked in schools, colleges and universities teaching software development skills.
Frank set up Code Division to offer programmes for disadvantaged groups- to learn skills like Data, Marketing and Programming.
Frank recruited Grace who worked alongside him in the colleges as our Programme Administrator
Programme Design
We take time to design courses that reflect real industry needs, ensuring every programme is practical, relevant, and built for today’s job market.
Our tutors are working industry professionals who bring up-to-date knowledge and real-world experience directly into the virtual classroom.
Courses are created by qualified educators who expertly combine technical training with human skills to fully support learners into digital careers.
