Our Story

We’ve been on a mission to tackle digital inequality since 2020.

Code Division was founded by Frank Duffy, a former Java programmer - who had previously worked in schools, colleges and universities teaching software development skills.

Frank set up Code Division to offer programmes for disadvantaged groups- to learn skills like Data, Marketing and Coding.

They’re now based up in Glasgow, but have an entirely remote team of industry tutors who deliver our courses across Scotland.

We’ve supported 950+ people get a career in tech

Since our early beginnings, we’ve hosted countless events, courses and workshops - supporting thousands of people get ahead in the careers.

Whether it’s learning Cyber, understanding marketing, or brushing up on data skills - we’re helping people stand out from the crowd in their job hunt, and land exciting new roles in this digital age.
